Who we are
VylorNode (vylornode.com) provides game server hosting and is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42105657. For privacy questions, email support@vylornode.com.
Data we process
We process account data (name, email, password hash), order and billing data via Stripe, server configuration, and support tickets. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
How we use data
Data is used to manage your account and servers, process payments, provide support, and keep the platform secure.
Sharing with third parties
We only share data with necessary providers such as Stripe (payments) and our server panel (Pterodactyl). We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
We retain data while you are a customer and as long as legally required. You can request access, correction, or deletion via support@vylornode.com.
