1. Stripe Purpose: payments, invoices, fraud prevention. Data: customer data, payment status, transaction data. Location: EU/US depending on Stripe configuration. Privacy: consult Stripe privacy documentation.
2. OVHcloud Purpose: game DDoS protection. Data: network metadata during filtering, IP addresses. Location: EU.
3. Infrastructure providers Purpose: server hosting and network connectivity. Data: technical hosting data, IP addresses, server data depending on use. Location: EU and/or selected data center location.
4. Pterodactyl / panel software Purpose: management of game servers. Data: account data, server configurations, logs. Note: if self-hosted, VylorNode manages this environment itself.
5. Email provider VylorNode Purpose: transactional emails, support, notifications. Data: email address, message content, metadata.
6. Support/ticket system VylorNode Purpose: customer service. Data: contact details, tickets, communication.
7. Analytics provider Purpose: statistics and website improvement. Data: cookie ID, browser data, IP address depending on configuration.
8. Accounting software VylorNode Purpose: administration, invoicing, tax. Data: invoice data, customer data, payment data.
9. Discord Purpose: community support, OAuth/login if used, partner communication. Data: Discord ID, username, linked account details, messages if handled through Discord support.
Changes: VylorNode may change this list when new suppliers are used. Customers may object to new subprocessors where there is a compelling privacy reason.
